Modern studio, fully furnished and air-conditioned, designed to offer a practical and comfortable stay for up to 4 people. Integrated space with a high-quality queen size bed, custom wardrobe with hangers, split air conditioning, full blackout curtain, 40-inch smart TV, fast and stable 300Mbps Wi-Fi, and double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, dishes, cutlery, and essential cookware for meal preparation. Private bathroom with heated shower, soft bath towels, and hotel-standard bed linens.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio. Check-in is easy and fully self-service, completed through an electronic lock. The access code and instructions will be provided to you in advance.

Access to common areas:

Garage: You are entitled to use one complimentary parking space in the building during your stay.

Leisure: Guests have access to the condominium pool, following the usage rules and hours set by the management.

Condominium restrictions and rules:

Mandatory pre-registration: Entry at the 24-hour front desk is only permitted after you send valid photo identification for all guests on the reservation in advance.

No visitors allowed: For security reasons, visitors or individuals not listed on the reservation are not permitted to enter.

Luggage: It is not allowed to leave or store suitcases at the reception before check-in time (3:00 PM) or after check-out time (11:00 AM).

From the moment you make your reservation until checkout, you’ll enjoy complete freedom to use the apartment as if it were your own home. The check-in process is fully self-service via an electronic lock, so there is no need for anyone to be physically present.

However, the Vivare Stay team is always on hand to make sure your stay is exceptional. We are available online (through Airbnb chat or messaging) to answer questions, offer recommendations about the Paulista area, or help with anything unexpected that may come up during your stay.

Congonhas Airport (CGH): Conveniently located for travelers, Congonhas Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car (approximately 3.5 km).

Guarulhos Airport (GRU): Situated about 35 km away, the journey by car or ride-hailing service typically takes between 50 minutes and 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
