IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM. If available, late checkout can be requested until 12:00 PM for 70% of the daily rate. Failure to check out on time may result in a penalty of four nights, as it prevents the next guest from checking in at 3:00 PM.

Document submission must be completed by 12:00 PM on the day of check-in, except for last-minute bookings, when documents must be sent immediately after confirmation.

If you wish to change your reservation dates during your stay, the property's current cancellation policy will apply.

Smoking or using any type of incense is not permitted.

Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Please check that everything is in order upon arrival. If you notice any missing or damaged items, notify us immediately. Charges will apply for any damaged or missing items.

The guest is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the unit, except in cases of natural wear or defects. Any issues must be reported immediately. Examples include leaks, dampness, or mold.

Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN PENALTIES AS OUTLINED IN THE HOUSE REGULATIONS.

Our Moema apartment is designed in a loft style, featuring double-height ceilings and open, integrated spaces for both comfort and convenience during your stay.

Bedroom (Mezzanine):

The double bed is located on the upper mezzanine level, accessible by an internal staircase. This area is private and equipped with air conditioning. Please note: The staircase may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Living Area and Kitchen (Ground Floor):

The lower level offers a comfortable living room furnished with:

A sofa bed that accommodates up to two additional guests. A 42-inch smart TV. A designated space for work or meals.

The compact kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, mini fridge, blender, sandwich maker, cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

Bathroom and Amenities:

Private bathroom. Provided bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, and iron. High-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps). A welcome kit with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to start your stay.

Imperium Condominium:

Guests have access to building amenities, including an outdoor infinity pool. The property features 24-hour security, and entry to the apartment is via electronic lock with self check-in.

The space is entirely private, reserved just for you during your stay. You'll receive a unique access code and have full use of all the building's common areas.
